King Lear

Amy Frances Quint (Goneril) is an actor, voiceover artist, and photographer, and is a core company member of Frog & Peach Theatre Company. Born and raised in Rome, she is now a longtime New Yorker. Some favorite roles with Frog and Peach include Rosalind in As You Like It, Katarina in Taming of the Shrew, Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Tamora in Titus Andronicus, and Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing. She is co-founder of Quattro Gatti Theatre Company, with whom she has presented work at 59E59, The Edinburgh Fringe Fest, The PIT and Capitol Fringe. Amy is a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where she received the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Stella Adler Studio. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband Matthew, daughter Cassandra, and cats Cobweb and Masha. She is thrilled to be back to work with this wonderful group of theatre artists.

Anuj Parikh (Cornwall)  is delighted to be unhinged again with Frog & Peach. Previously with F&P: Oliver de Boys (As You Like It), Dr. Pane (College Fun). Other fun roles include Dromio (Comedy of Errors, Hip to Hip Theatre); Badger (Wind in the Willows, Phoenix Theatre Ensemble); Titus Andronicus (noted in the New York Times); Rev. Duckworth (premiere of Alice Again, by The Lifespan of a Fact's G. Farrell). Camelia Iturregui Fuertes (Regan) is an NYC-based actor, writer, and creator from San Juan, Puerto Rico. She studied at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and trained at the Atlantic Acting School, Stonestreet Film Acting Studios, and NYU Berlin's Acting Residency. Camelia had her Off-Broadway debut in Frog and Peach's 2022 production of As You Like It as Lady Delphine and understudied for the roles of Phoebe and Audrey. She recently starred as Briana in the premiere of Tell Your Mom I Miss Her at The Tank and took on the role of Aegeon in Comedy of Errors at La Plaza Cultural. Camelia is thrilled to be a part of her second production with Frog and Peach and is ready to explore this production of King Lear through Regan's fiery eyes. Erica Cafarelli (Alice, u/s Cordelia) is excited to be making her onstage Frog & Peach debut. She previously stage managed the premier of College Fun and ASMed Frog & Peach's As You Like It. She recently played Cherry in The Beaux Stratagem at Stag & Lion Theatre Co., and is playing Curly in their upcoming production of Peter Pan. You can see her soon as Violet in the short film Reaper (Jester Folly Films).

Milton Elliott (Sir William, u/s Kent) This is Milton's first play with the Frog and Peach Company. Other Shakespeare roles include the Ghost in HAMLET and the Second Murderer in RICHARD III, both performed with Ruth Stage Theater Company. Other Credits include BLACK EAGLES performed at Ford's Theater and Manhattan Theater Club. He was also in the first national tour of Neil Simon's BILOXI BLUES.

Steven Ungar (Old Man, u/s Gloucester) is happy to be working again with Frog & Peach! Recent work: With Frog and Peach, As You Like It, Verbatim, Twelfth Night, and A Midsummer Night's Dream. Previously, The Merry Wives of Windsor, The Taming of the Shrew (twice), Romeo and Juliet, The Three Sisters, Treasure Island, The Dentist, The Man Who Came to Dinner, Alcestis, The Fairy Queen. John L. Payne (Kent) studies with Geoffrey Owens for Shakespeare & with Michael Beckett for scene study. Shows with Frog and Peach: A Midsummer Night's Dream, Macbeth, Twelfth Night, and As You Like It, as well as four seasons of Shakespeare Outdoors in Harlem. Most recently appeared in the season finale of Law and Order.

Calley Luman (Cordelia, Lucia) is excited to be returning to Frog & Peach this season! David Elyha (Earl of Gloucester) Other Frog & Peach roles: Cardinal Pandulph in King John, Senior Gremio in Taming of the Shrew, Dogberry in Much Ado About Nothing, Egeus in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Sir Oliver Martext in As You Like It. More Shakespeare: The Fool in King Lear, Friar Lawrence in Romeo and Juliet, Polonius and the Ghost in Hamlet, Touchstone in As You Like It, Prospero in The Tempest, Brabantio in Othello. He wrote, produced, and directed Midas, a Satire of the Theatre for Theater for the New City. A professional storyteller for 15 years in public and private schools, at National and International Festivals and Workshops, his book Tell Us About Siva, a collection of Hindu folktales, is on Amazon. Many clips on YouTube including the storytelling event "Circe's Alchemical Island" performed with classical singer and acoustic sound musician. He is currently preparing a novel based on Northwest Coast mythology.

Lenny Ciotti (Duke of Burgundy) is very happy to make his return to the stage with Frog & Peach. He was born in Italy and moved to New York to attend the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute. Over the years he has had the chance to perform in a slew of F&P productions including Touchstone in As You Like It and Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing. After taking a hiatus from acting for a few years, I am thrilled to be back on stage with such a talented bunch. I want to thank Lynnea for giving me this opportunity, my wife Elise for being awesome, and my dog Phoebe for being fluffy.

Greg Mullavey (King Lear) is a veteran actor of over 100 plays from Broadway to LA and from Miami to Anchorage and many points in between. His most recent Frog and Peach production was the title role in Titus Andronicus and is very excited to be joining Frog and Peach with this stellar cast. Clayton Turner (France, Julian) is thrilled to be making his debut with Frog & Peach Theatre Company. His recent credits include Arsenic and Old Lace and The Beaux Stratagem at Stag & Lion Theatre Company. He also recently directed his first short film, Balding Anonymous, and produced his first short play, Karaoke Tuesday, at Open Hydrant Theater Company in The Bronx. He is excited to produce more films and plays in the future, and to share the stage with such talented actors.

Jaixa Irizarry (Lady Curan) made her Frog & Peach Theatre debut last season as Audrey in As You Like It and is so excited to be returning! While at BMCC she made appearances as Jasmine in Pipeline, Joyce in Top Girls, and Marcia in Our Lady of 121st St. When not on stage she works behind the scenes as a costume assistant and makeup designer for such productions as ¡Americano! (Off-Broadway), Emojiland (Off-Broadway), and Replaced! (Teatro Latea). This has given her a unique set of skills and experience that she's excited to bring to the talented group of artists for this production.

Jonathan Reed Wexler (Edmund) is a native New Yorker. This will be his twelfth Shakespeare production with Frog & Peach. His favorite roles are Jaques and Horatio. He studied at The Lee Strasberg Institute and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. He is also a member of Gorilla Rep, known for their outdoor A Midsummer Night's Dream, and will soon be appearing as Lord Hastings in a film adaptation of Richard III. Other theater credits include The Braggart of Bourbon Street (NYCFringe), Playdate (Dixon Place), and A Tale of Two Cities (Roxy Regional Theatre). Film credits include Last Supper, The Stand Up, Macbeth, Hamlet, and Evil Weed. He has appeared as a co-star and guest star on television in The Mysteries of Laura and Rockaway. He is an actor at The Metropolitan Opera, performing ensemble roles in the new productions of Carmen and Florencia en el Amazonas this season.

Emmeline Chuy (Emma, u/s Goneril, u/s Regan) is a New York born-and-raised actress. She has trained at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, Shakespeare's Globe, and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota / Guthrie Theater BFA Actor Training Program. Upcoming work includes the world premiere of Depths of the Valley at this spring's New York Theater Festival.

Coleman Shu-Tung (Sir Redway) is a busy Brooklyn-based artist, having just come off of performances as Snake in School for Scandal, Sir Andrew in Twelfth Night and the Prince in Cinderella. He made his Frog & Peach debut in last season's As You Like It, and is excited to return in King Lear. Instagram: @coleman.shu-tung

Gina Bonati (The Doctor) is an actress (yay to feminine endings) and dancer. She is some other things too. She moved to NYC in 1981 to attend Juilliard and has happily struggled as an artist in this wild town ever since. She is a member of Ildiko Nemeth's New Stage Theatre, a member of the Actors Studio and of AEA and SAG/AFTRA. She generally starts her day in professional ballet classes, then rests. She teaches at The Strasberg Institute. She is a gardener and stitcher, a painter and poet, a singer and musician.

DazMann Still (Edgar) is a newcomer to the Frog & Peach Theatre Company this year! Previously in Frog & Peach's College Fun over the summer, this will be his first Shakespeare production with the company. Some previous credits include: Manifest (Kory), Bill and Ted Face the Music (Jimi Hendrix), Blue Bloods (Marcus), Maybe I Do (Jonah), and the stage play The Royale (Fish). He also loves doing voiceover work! In addition to having done some voice work on the animated show Solar Opposites, his client list includes: White Castle, AT&T, NBC Sports, CBS Sports, Nissan, American Express, Bounce, Maryland Health and more. Laurence Cantor (u/s King Lear) has written and directed for the stage, but essentially he is an actor.
